Our In-House Loyalty Plans
We offer 3 different plans, each including preventative services at no extra charge.
- Healthy Patient Plan
- Periodontal Care Plan
- Child Care Plan
Our healthy patient plan is perfect for patients without any history or risk of developing periodontal disease. This plan is $375 and covers 2 yearly cleanings, 1-2 exams, digital X-rays, adjunct oral cancer screening, fluoride treatment, 1 emergency visit, and 1 cosmetic consultation.
Savings: $320
For those who do have a history or risk of developing periodontal disease, we have a plan for you. Our periodontal care plan is $500 and includes 4 periodontal maintenance visits, 1-2 exams, digital X-rays, adjunct oral cancer screening, fluoride treatment, 1 emergency visit, and 1 cosmetic consultation.
Savings: $320
Our child care plan is for children ages 12 years and under. For $250, your child will receive 2 yearly cleanings, 1-2 exams, digital X-rays, fluoride treatment, and 1 emergency visit.
Savings: $650
Third-Party Financing
Along with our in-house loyalty plans, we also offer in-house financing. We accept CareCredit® patient financing, and one of our team members can help you work out the details of your financing terms. CareCredit gives you the option to choose from a variety of different plans, including some with zero interest and others that have extended term periods.
